How to turn .jigdo/.template files into .iso files?

- make sure to have the jigdo package installed, it's part of SUSE Linux
  10.0 and above. Packages for 9.3 and SLES9 can be found at
  http://software.opensuse.org/download/home:/cthiel1/

- run "jigdo-lite XYZ.jigdo"
