exim packages are now here:
  http://software.opensuse.org/download/server:/mail/
At the moment, SLES9, 9.3, 10.0, 10.1, Fedora Core 5 is being built there.

to install packages from there.

exim is now maintained in the OpenSUSE Build Service.
